Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and polyvalent Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team in the Plaines Wilhems region. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their work, takes initiative, and can confidently support both administrative and basic accounting tasks.

In this position, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, supporting document preparation, and assisting with data entry and bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks.

We are specifically looking for someone who is:

  • Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable handling multiple tasks at once in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiar with QuickBooks (or willing to quickly become proficient)
  • Strong in communication and general office administration
