Job Description

We’re looking for a mid-level Marketing Graphic Designer to join our creative team and bring ideas to life across a diverse portfolio of Fashion and Food & Beverage brands.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and hands-on designer who enjoys contributing to a collaborative and fast-moving creative environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Execute high-quality, on-brand visuals for digital platforms, print, packaging, and in-store communication
  • Translate marketing briefs into clear, effective and visually engaging designs
  • Work across multiple brands, adapting quickly to different visual identities and guidelines
  • Contribute to a wide variety of projects: from commercial visuals to branding campaigns
  • Create visual content through photography and video capture for campaigns, products, and brand needs
  • Edit and assemble photo and video content for digital platforms and marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate closely with graphic designers, photographers, and the marketing team to deliver cohesive outputs
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all deliverables
  • Manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong graphic design fundamentals with a sharp eye for detail and execution quality
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong, hands-on skills in photography, videography, and photo/video editing
  • Ability to independently produce high-quality visual content (photo & video) ready for marketing use
  • Practical knowledge of AI-powered tools within Adobe to improve efficiency
  • Ability to work from briefs and deliver clean, effective designs within deadlines
  • Highly autonomous, organized, and able to manage priorities and workload independently
  • Comfortable switching between different brands and creative directions
  • Good understanding of current design trends, especially in retail: fashion and hospitality
  • Strong team player with a positive mindset and the ability to receive and integrate feedback constructively

Education & Experience

  • Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design or creative marketing
  • Strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print work
  • Portfolio demonstrating strong execution in retail or campaign-driven design is highly valued
  • Experience in multi-brand or fast-paced environments is a plus

Team & Work Environment

  • You will work as part of an established creative team of Graphic Designers and Photographers
  • You will report to the Marketing Team Leader
