Sales and Administrative Clerk
The United Basalt Products Limited is seeking to recruit a temporary proactive and customer-focused Sales and Administrative Clerk for its site located at Poudre d’Or.
Key Responsibilities

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, administration, or a similar role within the construction or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales, delivery, and cash handling processes.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with basic IT systems.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • HSC leavers and fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.


Candidate Profile

  • Act as a cashier and ensure timely and accurate collection of payments for all deliveries.
  • Process and manage same-day and previous-day sales orders efficiently.
  • Coordinate and ensure timely delivery of products by selecting appropriate vehicles.
  • Plan delivery schedules and maintain fair trip distribution among lorry owners.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer orders, and invoices.
  • Follow up on supplier claims and properly separate CPE and CPV for correct handling and documentation.
