🚀 We’re Hiring: Customer Care Advisor

Neutratech Mauritius is looking for a dynamic and motivated Customer Care Advisor  to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain close follow-up with both new and existing customers

• Plan, coordinate, and send daily schedules for installations, maintenance, and interventions

• Optimize routes to ensure efficient daily operations

• Work closely with the Operations Manager and Customer Care Manager on daily planning and execution

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role is highly preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Proactive, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
