Metric is seeking for a talented and passionate Showroom Supervisor to join the team.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Ensure achievement of Individual and showroom target-monthly and yearly

·        Ensure optimum customer satisfaction with respect to timely delivery follow up, aftersales service and provide service in showroom up to the expectation of customers

·        Attend to customer complaints professionally

·        Ensure customer queries are attended time

·        Ensure abidance to sales processes in place including usage of POS

·        Responsible for showroom maintenance and mis a jour in terms of display

·        Responsible for showroom stock and inventory

·        Ensure cashiering process is done smoothly either by delegation or by monitoring

·        Manage showroom staff including preparing roster and ensuring adequate resources for optimal business functioning. 

·        Ensure fair distribution and delegation of work among staff.

·        Conduct daily follow-ups on each sales staff’s individual target

·        Hold a weekly review on sales achieved versus target

·        Provide monthly feedback to the direct reporting line on the team’s performance, along with recommendations

·        Review sales performance of the sales team, aiming to meet or exceed targets by training, motivating and coaching sales team.

·        Ensure optimal work environment, and provision of mess facilities

·        Coordinate events by ensuring participation of all showroom staff

Candidate Profile:

·        HSC holder; additional sales or customer service certifications are a plus.

·        Previous sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.

·        Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and sales closing abilities.

·        Familiarity with sanitary products and their applications is preferred.

·        Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

·        Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

·        Open to flexible work schedules to meet the dynamic needs of the business.
