Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment processes (job postings, screening CVs, interview coordination)
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Support onboarding and induction of new employees
  • Assist in payroll preparation and attendance tracking
  • Handle employee queries and provide HR-related support
  • Support training and development initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws
  • Assist in performance management and appraisal processes
  • Prepare HR reports and documentation as required

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in an HR role will be an advantage
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask
