Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment processes (job postings, screening CVs, interview coordination)
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Support onboarding and induction of new employees
- Assist in payroll preparation and attendance tracking
- Handle employee queries and provide HR-related support
- Support training and development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws
- Assist in performance management and appraisal processes
- Prepare HR reports and documentation as required
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in an HR role will be an advantage
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask
