Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and updated records of inventory.
• Ensure all items are properly invoiced.
• Ensure perpetual stock take.
• Ensure safe handling of materials and prevention of damage.
• Ensure that all deliveries are made according to store requests.
• Process transactions on a real time basis as far as possible
• Attend to auditor queries and follows up with Management on implementation of agreed internal audit recommendations.
• Collaborate with Finance Manager and General Manager in implementing and promoting compliance with processes and procedures.
• Monitor minimum and maximum ordering levels versus actual quantity on a daily basis.
• Prepare and submit accurate inventory reports as per internal procedures.
