Job Description

The Lux Collective is hiring for the position Administrative Executive for its Head Office based at Tribeca.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer - EMEA (COO), the Administrative Executive will be responsible to:
  • Serve as the central coordination point between the COO, hotel General Managers, corporate teams and external stakeholders.
  • Work closely with hotel General Managers and Heads of Department to monitor performance, key initiatives and operational updates.
  • Assist with preparing operational review packs, dashboards and performance summaries.
  • Conduct research and benchmarking on hospitality trends, competitors and best practices.
  • Compile, analyse and interpret operational and financial data using advanced Microsoft Excel.
  • Produce accurate, error-free reports, presentations and communications within tight deadlines.
  • Develop dashboards, trackers, and Management Information System (MIS) reports to support management decision-making.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Tertiary education at Degree level in Management or Business Administration or a related field from a recognised institution, or equivalent qualifications.
EXPERIENCE
  • At least three (3) years’ experience in the hospitality industry, ideally in 5-star hotel operations, a corporate office or an executive office role.

  • Creative and innovative approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written communication skills in English and French.
  • Willingness to work during odd hours, weekends and Public Holidays when required.
  • A clean Certificate of Character is a must.
  • A valid driving licence.
