Job Description
The Lux Collective is hiring for the position Administrative Executive for its Head Office based at Tribeca.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer - EMEA (COO), the Administrative Executive will be responsible to:
- Serve as the central coordination point between the COO, hotel General Managers, corporate teams and external stakeholders.
- Work closely with hotel General Managers and Heads of Department to monitor performance, key initiatives and operational updates.
- Assist with preparing operational review packs, dashboards and performance summaries.
- Conduct research and benchmarking on hospitality trends, competitors and best practices.
- Compile, analyse and interpret operational and financial data using advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Produce accurate, error-free reports, presentations and communications within tight deadlines.
- Develop dashboards, trackers, and Management Information System (MIS) reports to support management decision-making.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Tertiary education at Degree level in Management or Business Administration or a related field from a recognised institution, or equivalent qualifications.
EXPERIENCE
- At least three (3) years’ experience in the hospitality industry, ideally in 5-star hotel operations, a corporate office or an executive office role.

- Excellent written communication skills in English and French.
- Willingness to work during odd hours, weekends and Public Holidays when required.
- A clean Certificate of Character is a must.
- A valid driving licence.
