Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customers with accurate quotations and ensure their follow up.
• Review own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets by negotiating, developing sales proposal and finalising sales contract.
• To provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process and build customer loyalty.
• To assist customers in selecting products which are best suited to their needs.
• To provide customers with information with respect to sales conditions and delivery conditions as per company sales policy.
• To participate in sales events including clearance sales and Salon de la Maison.
• To participate actively in the continuous improvement activities and other quality initiatives of the organisation.
• Any other cognate duties.

Candidate Profile:

• HSC holder ; additional sales or customer service certifications are a plus.
• Previous sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and sales closing abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
