Responsibilities and duties for this position shall include, but not limited to the following areas and activities. At management discretion, direction may be given for tasks outside the scope of work described.

• To promote fitness activities and exercise within the establishment:

• By ensuring high level of personal cardiovascular and musculoskeletal fitness.
• By canvassing amongst guests in a discrete yet motivating manner.
• To provide surveillance in the gym, ensuring that cardiovascular and musculoskeletal equipment are being used as per advised norms.
• To consult guests, and to respond to their individual needs and requirements.
• To provide specific classes and courses, such as personal training, aerobics, etc. for groups or individuals upon request.
• Ensure that the fitness areas are always impeccably maintained: 
• As per HACCP levels
• To fulfill reception duties if so required.
• To provide a courteous and motivating service to all guests.
