Job Description

Tasks:

  • Manage a portfolio of client companies including companies holding special licence / funds and ensure they are compliant with the laws and all regulatory requirements
  • Act as primary point of contact for clients
  • Perform day to day administration and company secretarial duties
  • Liaise with investment managers, lawyers, auditors, custodians, banks and other service providers on operational matters
  • Coordinate the preparation of board packs, board resolutions, and minutes for board/ committee meetings
  • Maintain statutory books and registers in accordance with the Companies Act 2001 and applicable FSC regulations
  • Monitor AML/KYC requirements and ensure all due diligence documentation for investors, shareholders, directors and beneficial owner is current and complete
  • Prepare and submit statutory filings to the FSC, Registrar of Companies, and other regulatory bodies on a timely basis
  • Ensure prompt and professional response to all emails, client instructions, audit queries, and internal company requirements, while effectively managing ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Profile:

  • University degree and/or studying for a professional qualification
  • Minimum of 3 or 4 years of working experience in fund administration
  • Understanding of AML/KYC frameworks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to pay attention to details, manage multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines, and work under pressure
  • Client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering first-class service
  • Team-oriented with good time management and interpersonal skills
