Leal Energie Ltd – a member of Leal Group – is currently looking for a Technical Assistant.

The Technical Assistant will be responsible for conducting site surveys for the installation of  both Electric Vehicle (EV) chargers  and Photovoltaic (PV) across residential, commercial, and industrial locations. The role involves site assessment, capturing technical data, and preparing structured survey reports.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Conduct on-site technical surveys for EV charger or PV installation
• Take precise measurements and photographs of the proposed installation area
• Identify potential installation challenges such as obstruction, wiring distance, and load availability.
• Assess existing electrical systems and main distribution boards where required
• Fill out standard site survey forms and checklists (digital or paper-based)
• Liaise with property owners or facility managers during visits
• Submit comprehensive site survey reports with relevant annotations and diagrams
• Call clients and schedule site surveys.
• Maintain records of completed surveys and follow-ups

 Qualifications /Skills & Competencies Required:

• Higher School Certificate (HSC)
• A Degree in Electrical Engineering or Technical/Vocational Training in Electrical field (MITD)
• Valid driving license and ability to travel independently to various sites
• Familiarity with basic electrical drawings and basic AutoCAD
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and wiring schematics
• Good communication and report writing skills
