Job Description
We are looking for motivated and customer-focused Digital Payment Representatives to join our Fintech team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting, selling, and supporting Emtel's digital payment solutions, driving customer adoption, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell Emtel’s digital payment products (blink) and services to individuals and merchants
- Identify new business opportunities and actively acquire new customers through field visits, prospecting, and referrals.
- Educate customers on the features, benefits, and secure use of Emtel's digital payment solutions.
- Assist customers with account registration, onboarding, and activation of digital payment services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and merchants to encourage continued usage and long-term engagement.
- Conduct product demonstrations and guide digital payment transactions and value-added services.
- Address customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly or escalate them to the relevant teams when required.
- Participate in promotional campaigns, roadshows, community events, and other marketing initiatives.
- Higher School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, banking, telecommunications, fintech, or retail will be an advantage.
- Experience in promoting digital financial services or payment solutions is desirable.
Required Skills and Aptitudes:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and French.
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to build trust and credibility.
- Good understanding of digital payment solutions and mobile financial services.
- Comfortable using mobile applications, CRM systems, and digital tools.
- Strong organisational, planning, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.
