This role requires strong layout discipline, typesetting skills and the ability to work under regulatory deadlines. The ideal candidate will work closely with Creative Director, Lead Designer, strategists and account managers to deliver high-quality investor communication outputs.
Responsibilities:
- Design and typeset Integrated Reports, Annual Reports and corporate publications.
- Structure complex content into clear and logical layouts.
- Develop investor and corporate presentation decks in PowerPoint.
- Apply and maintain brand consistency across multiple documents.
- Create infographics and data visualisations with accuracy.
- Ensure high standards of typography, spacing and information hierarchy.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Incorporate client and internal feedback efficiently and accurately.
Profile:
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design / Visual Communication or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-4 years experience in a corporate or agency environment.
- Experience working on corporate publications is advantageous.
- Portfolio demonstrating strong layout and typography.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Strong PowerPoint skills (slide layout, master slides, chart formatting, presentation flow).
- Solid typography and typesetting skills.
- Strong understanding of layout systems and grids.
- Good analytical ability when working with data and financial content.
- High attention to detail.
