FUNCTIONS

To ensure that the kids club is opened on time and as per normal set-up.
Set-up daily schedules for children and ensure that they are respected.
Organizing independent children activities.
Friendly and very communicative with children and parents (Guests)
Creative in arranging games and promoting kids club
Attending daily briefing at the Sports cabana.
Participate in recreational activities.
To keep work place clean & tidy.
Doing the monthly inventory on the 1^st day of the month and update stock equipment
Maintain Brand Service Standard (BSS) and QA
Keep a high focus on the security aspect of the kids club.

To send the welcome gift (T shirt and kids club activity program) on the eve of guests arrival to Housekeeping department to place in the room.
Flexible in hours of working/ shift.
Deliver quality service (SALT).
Participate in sports activities.
Ensure that the daily equipment book, Tennis book, bicycles receipt and disclaimer form are properly filled.
To distribute towels to guests and make sure that no dirty towels are left on the beach
Canvassing for tennis lesson, diving, etc.
Train the new comers.
Organize and participate in the Torches Saga Ceremony.
To set up bond fire and changing room.
To set-up all entertainment activities in the morning.
Should be ready 10 minutes before an activity start.
Motivate guests to participate in activities (Sports & Entertainment).
To act as sound & light technician when necessary.
Ensure security around the pool.
