Job Description
Constance Group has grown from its agricultural roots since 1882. Guided by a strong entrepreneurial mindset, the Group operates locally and internationally across four clusters: Agriculture, Hospitality, Real Estate and Investment. With deep ties to the East of the island, we harvest 90,000 tonnes of sugarcane each year, operate 11 hotels and 3 golf courses across the region, develop prime real estate projects and invest in strategic sectors.

The role is central to ensuring a structured, efficient, and compliant sales operation, covering lead management, client follow-up, documentation, and coordination with internal stakeholders.
This is a hands-on, operational role, working in close collaboration with the Sales Manager and wider sales team to deliver a high-quality and seamless client journey from initial enquiry to transaction completion.
Key Responsibilities
A. Sales Administration & CRM Management
• Manage and track the full customer journey from enquiry to closing using CRM tools
• Maintain accurate, structured, and up-to-date records of:
o Client interactions
o Sales activities
o Deal progression
• Ensure proper tracking of:
o Leads
o Active deals
o Sales pipeline
• Support the preparation and updating of:
o Sales performance reports
o Pipeline tracking
o Lead status updates
• Contribute to maintaining a disciplined and structured CRM environment aligned with sales processes
B. Client Follow-Up & Deal Progression
• Ensure timely and proactive follow-up with:
o Prospective buyers
o Active clients
• Support the progression of deals from initial contact to closing
• Assist Sales representatives in maintaining momentum on ongoing transactions
• Proactively identify and flag delays or risks in the sales process
C. Compliance Coordination (KYC & Documentation)
• Lead the collection and tracking of client documentation required for compliance purposes, including:
o KYC documentation
o Source of funds
• Ensure all documentation is:
o Complete
o Accurate
o Aligned with internal processes
• Follow up with clients to ensure timely submission of required documents
• Coordinate closely with:
o Compliance teams
o Finance teams
• Support Sales representatives in resolving client-related hurdles during the compliance process
D. Internal Coordination & Sales Support
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction processing, including:
o Sales team
o Compliance
o Finance
• Liaise with external stakeholders when required, including:
o Notaries
• Attend meetings with notaries when required to support the sales process and ensure proper follow-through on transactions
• Support the operational execution of:
o Sales activities
o Project launches
• Assist with client communications as required
• Ensure alignment and information flow across teams involved in the sales process
Experience
• Experience in direct sales is a strong advantage (real estate experience is a great plus)
• CRM experience is required, with a clear understanding of:
o Customer journey logic
o Deal management

• Strong command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Highly organised, structured, and detail-oriented
• Strong organisational skills with a high level of autonomy
• Assertive and confident, able to clearly communicate structured processes to clients
• Proactive in following up and managing stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Team player with a collaborative mindset (“it’s not my job” attitude does not fit this role)
• Ability to work across multiple teams (sales, compliance, finance, operations)
Role and Environment
• Central role within the sales operation of Constance Village developments
• Close collaboration with the Sales Manager and wider Sales Team
• Exposure to multiple residential project launches and sales processes
• Working environment located at Constance Group HQ in Flacq
