Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Assist clients, making sure they feel supported through the permit process.
  • Prepare, check and follow up on application documents.
  • Communicate clearly with clients and partners in both English and French.
  • Keep records and files up to date.
  • Liaise with government offices and other stakeholders when needed.
  • Handle day-to-day admin tasks like emails, calls, and scheduling.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
  • Support team members with administrative tasks as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications and Experience: 
  • Minimum secondary education, with additional administrative or secretarial training considered a plus.
  • At least one year experience in administration or customer Service. 

Knowledge and Technical Competencies: 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with Government procedures and application handling, would be an advantage.

Behavioural Competencies: 

  • Fluent in English and French. 
  • Organised, reliable, detail-oriented and team player. 
  • Strong customer service skills.
