Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring compliance with Companies Act and financial laws.
- Ensuring timely statutory filings with Registrar of Companies and other regulatory bodies.
- Keeping proper statutory records.
- Replying to technical queries.
- Organising board meetings, committee meetings and shareholders meetings.
- Preparing and keeping proper minutes of meetings.
- Preparing resolutions and reports for Board.
- Assisting in maintaining proper corporate governance.
- Liaising with all regulatory bodies.
- Keeping proper CDD documents on Officers, shareholders and UBO.
- Performing any other relevant administrative duties.
Profile:
- Degree Holder in a relevant field.
- Completed at least Level 1 of Chartered Governance Institute, CGI (formerly) ICSA and studying towards full completion of CGI or any other acceptable qualification.
- Have at least 3 years' working experience in a similar position.
- Good knowledge of Companies Act, Listing Rules and corporate laws.
- Familiar with the financial services industry and financial laws.
- Fully conversant with the online filing system of the Registrar of Companies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good team player.
