Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage recruitment, prepare offer letters and contract of employments.
- Conduct inductions and ensure effective onboarding including close follow up of probations.
- Maintain accurate HR records, HRIS data, and HR trackers and databases.
- Prepare KPI reports and contribute to management reports.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and concerns.
- Oversee the full cycle of employee relations and disciplinary cases: advise managers, investigate issues, prepare warnings and correspondence, and participate in disciplinary committees.
- Monitor attendance and leaves.
- Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding with relevant stakeholders.
- Support HR initiatives and projects to improve processes, employee engagement, and workplace culture.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management/Management
- 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources Department preferably in an operations/logistic fast paced environment.
- Proven experience in Employee Relations; managing employee grievances, disciplinary actions and disciplinary committees.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters professionally.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time.
- A proactive, multi-skilled approach to problem-solving and people management.
- Driving license would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of HRIS.
