Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage recruitment, prepare offer letters and contract of employments.
  • Conduct inductions and ensure effective onboarding including close follow up of probations.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, HRIS data, and HR trackers and databases.
  • Prepare KPI reports and contribute to management reports.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and concerns.
  • Oversee the full cycle of employee relations and disciplinary cases: advise managers, investigate issues, prepare warnings and correspondence, and participate in disciplinary committees.
  • Monitor attendance and leaves.
  • Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding with relevant stakeholders.
  • Support HR initiatives and projects to improve processes, employee engagement, and workplace culture.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management/Management
  • 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources Department preferably in an operations/logistic fast paced environment.
  • Proven experience in Employee Relations; managing employee grievances, disciplinary actions and disciplinary committees.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters professionally.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time.
  • A proactive, multi-skilled approach to problem-solving and people management.
  •  Driving license would be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of HRIS.
