Job Description
Agriterra is looking for a dynamic and self-driven Supply Chain Officer to oversee all inventory operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. This is a key role supporting both our agricultural and milling activities.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Take full ownership of inventory accuracy, valuation, and integrity.
- Ensure efficient material flow to support operational requirements.
- Coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment.
- Establish, implement, and enforce robust stock control procedures.
- Plan and supervise cycle counts and periodic full stock takes.
- Maintain an organized and optimised storage area.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives towards operational excellence.
Candidate Profile
- Diploma or equivalent in Supply Chain / Inventory Management.
- 3-5 years’ experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics.
- Proven experience in team leadership and operational optimization.
- Knowledge of hazardous material handling and storage.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
