Job Description

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct site visits and provide guidance to prospective buyers on availability of units.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Negotiate offers and manage the sales process from enquiry through exchange and completion, ensuring a smooth client experience.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, leads, and transactions.
  • Stay informed of local market trends, competitor activity, property values, and legislative changes affecting residential sales.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven track record in residential property sales or a related field (minimum 2 years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of the local residential property market.
  • Relevant property or sales qualification is an advantage
  • Full driving licence and access to own vehicle preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a confident, professional manner.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital communication tools.
  • Problem-solving ability and resilience in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
