Key responsibilities
- Conduct site visits and provide guidance to prospective buyers on availability of units.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Negotiate offers and manage the sales process from enquiry through exchange and completion, ensuring a smooth client experience.
- Prepare and present sales proposals tailored to client needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, leads, and transactions.
- Stay informed of local market trends, competitor activity, property values, and legislative changes affecting residential sales.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven track record in residential property sales or a related field (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of the local residential property market.
- Relevant property or sales qualification is an advantage
- Full driving licence and access to own vehicle preferred.
