Key Responsibilities


Beverage Preparation

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to hotel standards

  • Mix cocktails accurately and consistently

  • Ensure proper glassware and presentation

Order & Service Management
  • Take beverage orders from guests and wait staff

  • Serve drinks promptly and professionally

  • Engage with guests in a friendly and courteous manner

Stock Control
  • Monitor bar inventory and stock levels

  • Refill and restock bar supplies

  • Report shortages to supervisor

Cash Handling
  • Prepare and process bills

  • Handle cash and card payments accurately

  • Balance register at end of shift 

Cleanliness & Hygiene
  • Maintain cleanliness of bar area

  • Wash and polish glassware

  • Follow hygiene and safety regulations

  • Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines

  • Adhere to hotel grooming and service standar
