Job Description

Role Purpose

To drive sales growth for the F&B business unit by developing new revenue channels, building corporate partnerships, and supporting on-the-ground promotional activities aligned with the company’s brand direction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across Mauritius (corporate clients, offices, standalone shops and retail outlets) .
  • Actively prospect companies (e.g., outsourcing firms, offices, etc.) for meal supply (lunch/dinner), catering, and bulk orders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients and act as the “face of the brand” in the field to increase visibility and footfall.
  • Create simple, engaging UCG-style videos (User-Generated Content) to showcase products, offers, and daily activities.
  • Support the promotion of offers through platforms such as Facebook and other social channels.
  • Work in coordination with Marketing to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Work closely with the Bakery & Production Unit to align supply with demand.
  • Provide regular feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  • Track sales pipeline, leads, and conversion performance.

Key Requirements

  • Experience in sales, business development, or F&B operations.
  • Strong commercial mindset and ability to close deals.
  • Comfortable with social media (especially Facebook) and basic content creation (videos, posts).
  • Outgoing personality with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and results oriented.
  • Valid driving licence.
