Job Description
Main duties and responsibilities
- Support the Sales & Marketing Manager in executing annual sales and marketing plans aligned with revenue targets.
- Prepare and update sales proposals, contracts, and presentations for corporate, leisure, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) clients.
- Coordinate site inspections, VIP guest visits, and familiarization trips for travel partners.
- Maintain and update the CRM database, ensuring all client interactions and leads are accurately recorded.
- Assist in the creation and scheduling of digital marketing campaigns, including social media content, e-newsletters, and website updates.
- Liaise with PR agencies, photographers, and media partners to ensure brand consistency in all communications.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, preparing monthly reports on sales leads, conversion rates, and marketing ROI.
- Organize and support hotel participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Collaborate with the F&B and Events teams to promote seasonal offers, special menus, and signature experiences.
Profile required:
- A degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a sales or marketing role within the 5 * luxury hospitality sector.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM and social media management tools is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French & English; additional languages are an advantage.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for luxury service standards.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
