Job Description
- Assist the team with the recruitment and selection process
- Assist the team with time and attendance management
- Responsible for coordinating welfare activities
- Maintaining and updating proper records of employee data including scanning, copying and filing HR documents
- Ensure that HR matters are dealt with in a timely manner
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Management/Human Resources Management or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the HR field
- Proficient in MS office tools and HRIS
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Team Player
- Strong organisation skills
