Job Description

  • Assist the team with the recruitment and selection process
  • Assist the team with time and attendance management  
  • Responsible for coordinating welfare activities
  • Maintaining and updating proper records of employee data including scanning, copying and filing HR documents
  • Ensure that HR matters are dealt with in a timely manner

 

Qualifications and Experience

 

  • Degree in Management/Human Resources Management or related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the HR field
  • Proficient in MS office tools and HRIS
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team Player
  • Strong organisation skills
