RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to QA Manager
Provide technical guidance to customers
Maintain customer relations and address customer complaints
Writing of reports clearly and accurately
Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with our Food Safety/Quality standards

Perform product sensory analysis

Must be able to perform overtime when required

QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in Science, preferably Food Science/Technology

At least 2 years' experience in production/quality field

SKILLS
Valid driving/motorcycle licence
Good written and oral communication skills
Fluent in English and French
Organised and self -motivated
Critical mindset
