Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Plans, coordinates and attends meetings
  • Prepares and sends minutes of meetings with follow-up action points
  • Coordinates with travel agents / hotels for business trip of Managers / Staff
  • Manages Senior Manager calendar
  • Prepares letters and other official documents
  • Follows up invoices received and payments
  • Updates dashboards
  • Other office administrative duties
Qualifications and skills required
  • HSC Holder
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 
  • Knowledge of an ERP would be an advantage
  • Good communication skills
  • Detail oriented
Work Experience
  • At least 1 year experience in a technical  administrative position  preferably in FMCG sector with High level of confidentiality
