Job Description

We are looking for a results-oriented & dedicated professional who will oversee all aspects of our glass production processes.
He / She will be responsible for ensuring that all products and services meet the highest quality standards set by the company.

Key Responsibilities :

The successful candidate will be mainly required for:

  • Developing and implementing quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with the industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct root cause analysis using modern and updated techniques, suggest improvements processes, working methods and enhance overall Quality Management System.
  • Conducting regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborating with cross functional teams to establish quality metrics and goals, and monitor progress towards achieving them.
  • Investigating and resolving customer complaints related to product quality, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Training and educating employees on quality control processes and procedures, promoting a culture of quality throughout the organization.
  • Analyzing data and generating reports on quality performance, identifying trends and recommending corrective actions as necessary.
  • Conducting supplier evaluations and audits to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components.
  • Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands. Monitor and report on production performance and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with the sales and procurement team to ensure adequate raw materials.          
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure products meet quality standards.

Qualifications & Experience :

  • Minimum: Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Quality Management, Business Management or a related field- Engineering.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel) and working knowledge of an ERP system.
  • At least 2-3 years’ experience in an industrial / Manufacturing and construction environment.
  • Fluent in English and French (written and spoken) with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, trustworthy with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced manufacturing business environment, meet customers deadlines and must be willing to perform at odd hours.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong leadership, ensure the operations and run smoothly.
  • Holder of a valid driving license.
  • Knowledgeable in setting Quality Procedures.
