Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- General Cleaning: Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and scrub all spa areas, including treatment rooms, locker rooms, restrooms, pools, saunas, and lounges.
- Sanitation: Disinfect all surfaces, equipment, and common areas to meet hygiene standards.
- Laundry Management: Collect, wash, dry, fold, and restock all linens, towels, robes, and other spa laundry.
- Restocking Supplies: Replenish all guest supplies, such as toiletries, amenities, and towels, in restrooms and treatment rooms.
- Maintenance and Reporting: Monitor and report any needed repairs or maintenance issues to management.
- Waste Removal: Empty all trash and recycling bins throughout the spa.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail is crucial to maintain the high standards of cleanliness a spa requires.
- Communication Skills: Must be able to clearly communicate with guests, management, and coworkers.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills are needed for managing supplies and maintaining the neatness of storage areas.
- Professionalism: A positive, helpful attitude and a professional demeanor are important for guest interaction.
- Knowledge of Cleaning Procedures: Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and procedures for different surfaces is beneficial.
