- Transport passengers or goods safely and efficiently
- Ensure vehicle is in good condition and clean
- Follow routes and schedules
- Assist with loading/unloading 
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain records of trips, fuel, and expenses
- Report any issues or incidents to management
