Job Description

  • Assists other members of the stewarding brigade in ensuring that all day to day operational matters are handled on time and guest expectations are met.
  • Ensures all kitchen area clean as the standard of cleanliness.
  • Ensures kitchen utensil, equipment are clean, prepared and secured Hygienically and safely.
  •  Maintains standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all kitchen and related areas.
  • Checks all stewarding procedures ensuring that procedures are correctly followed.
  • Reports any engineering defects to immediate supervisors.
  • Performs additional duties as directed by supervisors.
  •  Is fully conversant with all health and safety, fire and emergency procedures.
  •   Maintains a high standard of personal hygiene, dress, uniform, and grooming
  •  Is polite and professional in any situation.
  •    Attends meetings and training as required by supervisors.
