Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Welcome customer on a first come first serve basis.
  • Manage your daily planning for workshop throughput.
  • To process the job cards accurately and completely for each requested service.
  • To identify repeating customers and treat them accordingly.
  • To make a complete and clear diagnoses of the vehicle problems which should be solved.
  • To estimate the completion time and costs by quotation and invoicing.
  • To answer incoming telephone calls promptly, courteously, and make every effort to satisfy the caller’s inquiry. ▪ To document any changes in repair orders.
  • To ensure correct invoices are sent to clients.
  • To send proper quotations to customers and meet their expectations adequately.
  • To maintain composure and courtesy in dealing with customers and fellow employees.
  • To explain technical information about repairs to customers.
  • To inspect the vehicles on arrival and departure.
  • To ensure all vehicles are delivered to customer as per standards.
  • Prepare quality control report for further intervention if any.
  • Ensure warranty repair orders are submitted within given timeframe to warranty officer.
  • Issue repair orders-convert from scheduling to service order.
  • Upsell parts and labour to clients.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Min 3 years of relevant work experience. 
  • Min Diploma Holder in Sales & Marketing, Communication or in related discipline.
  • Familiarity with the automotive sector and industry will be a strong advantage.
