Responsibilities:

- Respond to online sales inquiries via Calls to built a long term rapport with the customers.

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend services

- Close sales and achieve targets set by the company

- Provide accurate information about the Market

- Maintain customer records and follow up on leads

Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a call center environment

- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal

-Spoken Hindi and advantage

- Strong sales acumen and the ability to persuade and close deals

- Proficiency in using online communication tools and CRM systems

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
