Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Finance Department to prepare monthly NSIF Reporting.
  • Prepare monthly expenses.
  • Work in close collaboration with the Finance and Management in budget monitoring.
  • Coordinate fundraising campaigns and donor engagement activities.
  • Follow-up of donations (cash & materials) with proper recordings.
  • Issue receipts and acknowledgement letters to donors.
  • Follow up with the Management while ensuring that duly approved grants are properly handed over to the relevant departments for implementation.
  • Assist the Management and the Strategic Marketing in the coordination, organization and delivery of the department’s activities.
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of internal controls over grant receipts, donor fund management ensuring adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
  • Track each grant from receipt through to expenditure closeout and ensuring full compliance with donor conditions and reporting deadlines.
  • Ensure all grant-related transactions are supported by adequate documentation.

Profile:

  • Higher School Certificate.
  • ACCA (Partly Qualified).
  • A minimum of 2 years working experience.
  • Experience in NSIF would be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and good planning skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
