Job Description

The role will play a key part in administrative HR processes, employee lifecycle management, and supporting day-to-day people operations activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding, contract preparation, amendments, exits)

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR systems accurately

  • Assist with attendance, leave tracking, and payroll inputs

  • Prepare HR documents including letters, confirmations, and internal communications

  • Support recruitment coordination (scheduling interviews, liaising with candidates, documentation)

  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal events

  • Handle general HR queries from team members in a professional and timely manner

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations

  • Support HR audits and ensure proper filing and documentation of personnel records

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • 1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative support (hospitality experience is an advantage)

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Attention to detail and confidentiality

  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle sensitive information
