Job Description

Key duties :

  • Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Process cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Follow company policies on cash handling and customer service.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum: A diploma in Finance or any relevant certificate in Front Office operation.
  • Experience in a cashier or customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic math/
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends.
  • Hotel experience of at least 2 years is a plus.
