Job Description
What you will be doing:
- Assist in the creation, monitoring, and updating of production plans and schedules based on order priorities and capacity availability
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and inventory teams to ensure materials and resources are aligned with production timelines
- Analyze data related to production output, delays, and bottlenecks; propose corrective actions to improve efficiency
- Help maintain accurate production and inventory records in ERP systems or planning tools
- Track and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to production planning
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure clear understanding of schedules, changes, and deadlines
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the planning process
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly production reports for management review
What are we looking for:
- HSC
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or textile environment is an advantage
