As a Coursier, you will play a crucial role in the pick-up and delivery of parcels to the customers' place while promoting a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick-up and deliver parcels/documents in a timely manner
• Load and unload the company vehicle with parcels/documents
• Carry out the search for consignee's location in case of incomplete address
• Help customers to prepare and complete forms and documentations with regard to courier service
• Maintain and keep up-to-date database of intervention and courier listings on a daily basis
• Provide a quality service to the satisfaction of the customer
• Ensure safe and good driving techniques of the company vehicle including but not limited to cars, trucks and vans

Requirements:

• A valid Private Car (Manual) driving license
• A clean and valid certificate of character
• Proven experience as a driver
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and French
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
