Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Assist in planning daily, weekly, and monthly vehicle rental requirements.
  • Coordinate vehicle allocation based on operational needs.
  • Monitor vehicle availability, utilization, and scheduling.
  • Support fleet optimization to reduce downtime.
  • Assist in arranging vehicle rentals with approved stakeholders.
  • Track rental contracts, durations, and extensions.
  • Verify rental documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare fleet and rental usage reports for the Fleet Officer.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements, rentals, and returns.

  • At least HSC or equivalent
  • Experience in planning
  • Proficient with computer applications and CRM systems
