Job Description

Responsibilities and duties:
  • Welcome guests upon arrival and ensure a warm, hospitable experience.
  • Lead guests to tables and take orders when needed, providing menu recommendations.
  • Ensure familiarity with menu items, preparation methods, and updates through training sessions.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and promptly address guest needs and concerns.
  • Practice upselling techniques to enhance guest experience and contribute to revenue.
  • Adhere to quality standards for food, beverages, and service.
  • Ensure all procedures align with health, safety, and operational guidelines.
Requirements:
  • HSC / Diploma in Hotel Management 
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Good communication language (English and French) is a must.
