Job Description
Responsibilities and duties:
- Welcome guests upon arrival and ensure a warm, hospitable experience.
- Lead guests to tables and take orders when needed, providing menu recommendations.
- Ensure familiarity with menu items, preparation methods, and updates through training sessions.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and promptly address guest needs and concerns.
- Practice upselling techniques to enhance guest experience and contribute to revenue.
- Adhere to quality standards for food, beverages, and service.
- Ensure all procedures align with health, safety, and operational guidelines.
Requirements:
- HSC / Diploma in Hotel Management
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Good communication language (English and French) is a must.
