Key Responsibilities

• Conduct opening/closing of warehouse in presence of Supervisor as per the warehouse procedure.
• Perform daily routine warehouse opening security checks and highlight any abnormality to warehouse Supervisors and Security Operations Officer.
• Ensure all safety and security protocols in warehouse are being respected by allemployees as per policies in place.
• Perform random control of pallets prior of loading into trucks for distribution as per pallet control procedure, along with other Distribution Control Officer.
• Monitior access to loading bay as per procedures.
• Conduct security patrols inside warehouse in an objective to ensure that there are no risky or unsafe practices by employees.
• Report any abnormality to Supervisors and Security Operations Officer.
• Perform security Brooming during each sounder for either start/end of shifts or breaktimes and anomalies should be escalated as per procedure.
• Complete the daily warehouse security checklist and communicate to Security Operations Officer.
• Assist and support team during bottlenecks to ensure no delays in the distribution chain
• Escalate or report any inefficiencies to concerned parties
• Perform night checks as and when required for the smooth running of the security operations of Logidis

Job requirements

• Minimum SC
• Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse operations or security will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of safety and security procedures
• Ability to work on shift systems, including weekends and public holidays.
• Physically fit
• Team player with a proactive and responsible attitude.
