What you will be doing:

• Collaborate closely with the Pharmacy and Consumables Store teams to maintain optimal stock levels.

• Manage and set reorder levels to ensure timely replenishment of inventory.

• Prepare and process purchase requests and purchase orders, and follow up with suppliers on deliveries.

• Monitor supplier performance, including perfect PO rate, on-time delivery, and in-full delivery metrics.

• Prevent stockouts and overstock situations by conducting regular demand and inventory analysis.

• Track slow-moving, non-moving, and near-expiry items to minimize wastage and financial loss.

• Ensure that inventory operations are timely, efficient, and cost-effective.

• Maintain the right quantity of stock at the right price, time, and location to support seamless company operations.

What are we looking for ?

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. 
• Strong data analytics skills with the ability to interpret trends and forecast demand.

• Good understanding of supply chain methods, procurement processes, and inventory control practices.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or inventory management.
