Job Description

What you will be doing: 
  • Coordinate with clinical departments to identify and introduce required consignment items.
  • Work with vendors to onboard new items with proper contracts and documentation.
  • Ensure consignment terms are clearly defined (ownership, pricing, billing timelines, expiry rules).
  • Maintain an updated master list of consignment items and related contracts.
  • Manage consignment inventory including tagging, labeling, and system (ERP) updates.
  • Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, and usage trends to optimize inventory rotation.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with ERP records.
  • Review item performance and reduce unused or duplicate stock; identify items suitable for purchase model conversion.
  • Ensure pricing compliance with contracts and resolve any invoice or billing discrepancies with vendors.
  • Support billing, reporting, audits, and compliance by tracking usage, preparing reports, and ensuring policy adherence.
What we are looking for?
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–5 years’ experience in inventory, procurement, or supply chain roles
  • Experience in healthcare or medical supplies preferred
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills
  • Understanding of inventory and consignment stock management
