Duties and Responsibilities:

• Refill and organize mini bar items in guest rooms daily or as per schedule.

• Accurately record consumption and charges for each room in the system.

• Ensure mini bars are clean, properly arranged, and comply with hygiene standards.

• Monitor expiration dates and rotate stock to maintain freshness.

• Report low stock levels and assist with stock requisition from the main store.

• Handle guest requests related to mini bar items promptly and courteously.

• Maintain proper documentation and stock control logs.

• Report any maintenance issues or unusual findings in guest rooms to the appropriate department.

• Follow safety, sanitation, and grooming standards as per hotel policies.

• Cooperate with housekeeping and other departments for seamless guest service.
