Job Description

Main duties:
    • Take part in training and implement accordingly
    • Keep his superior informed about all unusual matters concerning any plans affecting his/her area
    • Coordinate & supervise activities to ensure optimum care and assistance to guests
    • Ensure high level of quality services are delivered to guests at all times
    • Handle and monitor of guests complaints and the relevant follow up action required
    • Give relevant and up-to-date information to guest
    • Cutomize training program for guests
    • Welcome guests and give information and advice on respective activities and facilities
    • Interact with guests to obtain feedback and suggestions for improvement
    • Encourage guests to participate in various sports and leisure / entertainment activities
    • Participate in Eco Standard/Sustainable Responsibility set by the hotel
    • Make inventory of materials and equipment for stock control
    • Report any breakages, defects, loss of operating equipments and accessories to Sports and Leisure Manager
    • Encourage upselling
    • Ensure energy saving (electricity, water)
    • Carry out the weekly sport and leisure / entertainment program
    • Propose solutions to all sport / evening entertainment operating problems
    • Ensure effective and efficient organisation of respective activities
    • Help in the preparation and organisation of evening / sport entertainment
    • Participate in evening shows / sport activities organised by the Department
    • Ensure that all the multimedia system and instrument regarding the band are in good and functioning condition
    • Ensure that all the multimedia system are in good condition at the activity center
    • Ensure fine tunings before the band starts playing
    • Ensure “mise en place” of all multimedia system / musicians for any special events
    • Consult with immediate superior about organisational aspects of special events being planned
    • Follow up of billing and formulate bills for extra activities
    • Make sure that the working area are clean and arranged properly
    • Comply with all the sustainability commitments and practices implemented within business units
    • Notify the Sustainable Development Department of any matters that may pose any impact to the environment and society
    Candidate's Profile:
  • SC level or equivalent, professional training and professional experience
  • NTC2 Entertainment/Sports
  • Gym or sport Instructor (for as least 1 year) or Performing Musician In Hotel or Institutional Catering Business
  • Fluent both in English and French, a third language would be an advantage
