C-Care (Mauritius) Ltd  is currently looking for a Room Service Attendant to be based at Wellkin Hospital, Moka.

The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:

• Reads production orders on colour-coded menu cards on trays to determine items to place on tray
• Prepares and delivers food trays to the patients in a timely manner and with high customer satisfaction
• Ensure strict adherence to customer service, safety standards, hygiene, sanitation and tidiness at all times while performing the related duties
• Handles patient’s feedback /complaint and report to the Supervisor(s)
• Ensure that a good image of the company is being displayed at all times by dealing courteously with customers

What are we looking for?

• Minimum Secondary Education

• A minimum of 1-year experience in similar position
• Basic computer literacy
• Excellent Communication, Interpersonal and presentation skills
• Attentive and patient with Customers (Highly Customer Oriented)
• Ability to work on pressure and shift system
