Job Description

Our sister Company SIP Ltd’s kitchen at Highlands Rose is recruiting 1 Mauritian Chef de Partie/junior sous chef.

Responsible for:

  • Managing orders from kitchen for dispatching on time.
  • Food Preparation and Cooking
  • Quality Control
  • Stock and Inventory
  •  Maintenance and Cleanliness
  • Collaboration and Communication
  • Available to work on a 45 hours shift/week roaster from 2 am to 11h00, Monday to Saturday,2 Sundays per month. Company transport shall be provided for morning pick up.
  • Previous experience in a similar field would be an advantage
  • Holder of a valid certificate of character and food handler.
  • Available at the earliest
