Job Description
- Receiving Goods and Raw Material
- Inspect incoming goods for quantity and quality.
- Verify delivery notes against purchase orders.
- Record received goods accurately in the Sicorax system.
- Ensure the proper receipt of raw materials in ERP.
- Monitor raw material quality, promptly report any issues, and maintain accurate records of raw material stock.
2. Storing & Organizing Stock
- Properly store raw materials and finished goods in designated locations.
- Ensure items are organized for easy retrieval and safety compliance.
- Maintain clean, safe, and orderly storage areas.
- Monitor stock levels to prevent overstocking or spoilage.

3 Issuing & Distributing Goods
- Issue materials or goods as requested by departments.
- Ensure correct quantities and proper documentation for all issues.
- Track items issued to avoid stock discrepancies.
- Coordinate with production or operations teams to meet requirements.

4 Stock Control & Shortage Prevention
- Monitor stock levels daily to prevent shortages and conduct regular stock counts.
- Update inventory records regularly in the Sicorax system.
- Alert management proactively about low stock or potential shortages.

5 Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of receipts, issues, and stock movements.
- Generate daily, weekly, or monthly inventory reports.
- Submit daily issue reports in the Sicorax system and ERP.

Holder of a forklift license will be an advantage.
