Job Description

Key Result Areas:

  • Attend to visitors and deal with inquiries on the phone and face to face
  • Answer internal and external calls and forward calls to the correct person
  • Supply information regarding the organization to the general public and customers
  • Urgently and correctly forward by email to the absent/unavailable staff any received telephone or fax messages
  • Ensure that the boardroom is clean and properly set up for meetings
  • Manage facilities for staff and visitors, including record keeping of meeting rooms and access control
  • Compile and maintain an up-to-date telephone directory of numbers and addresses
  • Assist in administrative tasks

 Required profile:

  • HSC
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Excellent written and oral communication both in French and English
  • Proficiency in MS office (excel, word, power point)
  • Good knowledge of telephony management
  • Flexible, organized and pro-active
  • Good interpersonal skills
