Main duties:

• Supervise outlet staffs, ensuring efficient and effective day-to-day operations.
• Train and mentor outlet staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth and development.
• oversee the receipt, storage and perform regular stock checks to maintain accurate records.
• To undertake stock take, re-order control and packing.
• To do windows and shelves display of the shop.
• Maintain clealiness and order of the outlet.
• To develop a good and loyal relationship with our clients.
• To deal with custome service issues.
• Interview new staff with approval of management.
• To organize roster and work schedule of the staff.
• To report on selling trends, customer needs and slow moving items.
